The location is super convenient. The breakfast had really great quality food. I found the room to be clean too!
Our bed was among the hardest I have ever used. I asked the staff for a room with a different bed, but I learned all rooms had the same bed. I got an additional topper, but it did not help unfortunately.

Room offered coffee and tea facilities. Bus stops were located on each side of the street and provided quick transport. I liked that this hotel was away from the tourist rush. It showed the day to day vibe of locals.
The room was very warm, and I had difficulty adjusting the temperature.

The hotel has a bus stop just across the street, made getting around easy. Broadway Market is also a short walk away. It offers a great weekend outing. The hotel has a very convenient position.

The hotel decor was nice. my experience wasn't great. I requested an iron, but I received a steamer instead. I do not know how a steamer works. The kettle did not fit under the tap. The mattress felt very hard too. I wasn't asked about my stay at check-out. It seemed impolite.

the reception area has a cool vibe. the dining area was also great for brunch i think. my bedroom was well laid out, surprisingly roomy for two people.
